Immunization Information
All students enrolling in the Bayshore Elementary School District must satisfy California State Immunization Requirements before enrollment.
Students enrolling in Bayshore from outside the United States are also subject to the immunization requirements of the State of California. To verify the records, you will need proper documentation of your child's immunization with an English translation as necessary.
Please note: Your child will not receive class placement until all state-required immunizations have been met.
