To enroll in TK-8th Grade at The Bayshore School your child must reside within The Bayshore District Boundries. If you do not live within our district boundies, please see the Interdistrict Information below.
 
If you are ready and eligible to enroll your child at The Bayshore School, visit bayshore.schoolwise.com
 
  • Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Eligibility: Your student is eligible for TK if they will turn five years old between September 2, 2024-June 3, 2025
 
  • Kindergarten Eligibility: Your child is eligible for Kindergarten if they turn five years old on or before September 1, 2024.
 
Note: Students must be potty trained before enrolling in TK or Kindergarten
 
For current families:
To enroll for TK-8th Grade at The Bayshore School, please go to bayshore.schoolwise.com and log into your existing account. Click on “Online Registration” on the left-hand side and then “Start a New Student Application.”
 
If you have trouble uploading any documents, you may submit them to the front office.
The following documents include:
  • 2 proofs of address and 1 proof of Parent/Gaurdian identification (TK-8th): A valid proof of address and identification is required, to see what qualifies click here. If you share a resident with If you do not have any documents under your name, please contact the front office at 415-467-5443 ext 1
  • Proof of Birth (TK-8th): Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Updated Immunization Record
  • Health Exam (Incoming TK-1st Grade & New Families)
  • Kindergarten Health Oral Form (TK/K Families)
 
Once you have finalized the online application and submitted all the documents, please log back into your account in August to complete the “First Day of School” Packet for the incoming school year. This packet is done yearly, whether you are a new or returning student.

Transfer from an OUTSIDE school district into The Bayshore School District.
 
Example: San Francisco Unified School District resident requesting to transfer to The Bayshore School.
Please visit your school district office to obtain an interdistrict transfer form.

Transfer request to LEAVE The Bayshore School District into another school district.

INTERDISTRICT TRANSFER INFORMATION
 

Parent/Gaurdian must obtain approval from the school district they reside in, then the district of choice must approve the transfer. Note that BOTH districts must approve the transfer in order for your child to enroll in the district of your choice. The Bayshore School District is located at: 155 Oriente Street, Daly City, CA 94014
 
New families requesting The Bayshore School district can start applying by March 15, 2025.
Returning families requesting The Bayshore School District can start applying by February 3rd, 2025.
 
PROCESS:
  1.  Parent/Gaurdian must complete and submit the interdistrict transfer form from their District of Residence. Note: If the IDT form is being submitted at The Bayshore School, Two (2) valid proofs of address and One (1) proof of identification must be submitted along with the form. 
  2. District of Residence will send the IDT form to the district of choice once an approval/denial has been decided. 
  3. The Bayshore School will then send out an approval/denial letter to the home address.
  4. If accepted, the online application must be completed.
